Ingredients
- 1 Camembert round About 250g
- 2 Garlic cloves Peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 Glug of white wine
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180℃/200℃/Gas Mark 6.
- Open the camembert box and peel away the paper wrapper that the cheese is stored in. Return the cheese to the base of the box
- Using a sharp knife, score the top of the cheese in a lattice and poke the garlic into the cuts.
- Sit the box on a baking sheet and put into the oven for 10 minutes, then add some white wine to the "dish" of the cheese round
- Cook for another 5-8 minutes or until the cheese edges are turning golden and is very soft within.
- Serve immediately.
