Hancock (Easy) Brownies

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 400 g Sugar 2 cup
  • 125 g Plain flour 1 cup
  • 225 g Melted Butter Or oil 1 cup
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa powder Heaped
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven 180°c
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Bake in greased 9 x 13" tray
  • Test after 30 mins, should be slightly gooey
  • Cut 4 x 6
