Chicken Noodles with loaded greens

Ingredients

  • 500 g Frozen Green Beans
  • 500 g Chicken Mince
  • 4 nests Noodles
  • 1 Lime
  • Sesame Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Soy Sauce
  • Honey
  • Garlic
  • Ginger

Instructions

  • Start by boiling the frozen green beans for around 4 minutes, then rinse in cold water to cool.
  • Next, to a large frying pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and the chicken mince. Fry over a high heat for 5 mins.
  • Add 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp honey. Stir and continue to fry for 3 mins, then set aside.
  • Pour boiling water into the pan along with the noodles (save on washing up!) Cook according to packet instructions, then drain. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, juice of half a lime and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  • divide all of the element into 5 meal prep containers. Reheat in the microwave for 2 minutes on high
